Returns and Refunds
Thanks for shopping at our site. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You must contact us and arrange the return. You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive an item to initiate a return.
- Only damaged or defective items can be returned.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your return must include the original packaging.
- Your item must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the timeframe dictated by your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs on the original order are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping to return your item.
